Javier Alvarez Holden serves as a Junior Analyst in Real Estate Finance at GFG Real Estate Asset Management.
In this role, Javier is responsible for analyzing the P&Ls of properties under management, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and developing reporting frameworks designed to improve returns for ownership.
Javier is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, class of 2025. Prior to joining GFG Real Estate Asset Management in 2026, he gained valuable experience as Operations & Project Coordinator at Antiguo Molino de San Jerónimo. During this time, Javier was involved in various responsibilities including full P&L tracking across hotel and event projects, vendor negotiation, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and building automated workflows for financial classification using Excel, Python, and n8n.
