Throughout his distinguished career, Alvaro has held key leadership positions at renowned hospitality groups, including Minor Hotels and NH Hotel Group. His expertise spans luxury management, product development, food and beverage (F&B) operations, and sustainability initiatives. Notably, Alvaro has excelled as Cluster General Manager at Minor Hotels, General Manager at NH Collection Guadalajara Providencia, and Rooms Division Manager at Hilton Mexico City Airport. His ability to drive performance and implement innovative strategies has consistently resulted in enhanced guest experiences and increased operational efficiency.
In his various leadership roles, Alvaro has successfully managed multiple high-end hotel properties, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational profitability. His commitment to sustainability and sustainable business practices has positioned the hotels under his management as leaders in environmentally responsible hospitality.
