Karina Gomez is the Manager Management Operations Associate at GFG Real Estate Asset Management.
Karina is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of properties, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the analytical team to develop innovative strategies and tools to drive profitability for the firm’s hospitality assets. She also provides overall support for property asset management.
Karina has been in the hospitality industry since 2010, and prior to joining GFG Real Estate Asset Management in 2022, she held various roles at Wave Hospitality Advisors, Embassy of the State of Qatar in Mexico, The Westin Santa Fe Mexico City, Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & SPA Dubai, and the former The Westin La Cantera Resort & SPA, San Antonio. In these roles, she has gained experience in hotel operations, including as Customer Service Manager, Reservations Manager, Quality Manager, and with a background in Rooms division. She has also held above-property roles such as Project Coordinator and Asset Manager.
Karina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City.
