Leonardo Cuevas is a seasoned hospitality professional who currently serves as the VP of Operations Asset Management at GFG Real Estate Asset Management.
In this role, he is responsible for managing the daily operations of the company’s hotel portfolio in Mexico and Colombia.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Leonardo started his career in 2006 and has since held various leadership positions. He served as Corporate Director of Operations at BF Hotels, Corporate Director of Rooms Operations at RCD Hotels and Blue Diamond Resorts, and Cluster General Manager at NH Hotels, where he supervised the group’s two most important properties in the Americas. Leonardo oversaw daily operations and used his expertise to maintain brand standards and ensure that key performance indicators were consistently met.
In addition to his professional experience, Leonardo holds a degree in hospitality management, which has equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional guest experiences. He is passionate about his work and committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of his role.
